Equipment setup on Sunday, 31 May - Preparing the garden for the WEXFO Youth Voices festival, setting up WEXFO branding material around the hotel and more.
Registration office - Registration of the conference's participants in our system, information point for conference participants and more.
WEXFO conference - Access controll to the conference hall and garden, tackeling small and large challenges, providing information to participants and more.
WEXFO Youth Voices - Registration of school classes on arrival, maintenance of the festival area in the garden and more.
WEXFO Youth Voices Stage Manager - Leader/moderator of the program of WEXFO Youth Voices on the main stage in the garden. Speaking norwegian is required, previous experience on stage or as a moderator is appreciated.
Transport - Transportation of speakers and invited guests in the Lillehammer area and other small tasks. Driver's licence is required, own car is appreciated.
Folkemøte/Townhall Meeting - Providing guests with information about the townhall meeting in the garde, helping with any challenges during the meeting and more.
Photography - Taking pictures during the WEXFO conference and WEXFO Youth Voices festival that can be used in publications and different communication channels afterwards. Own camera and photography experience is required.
Dismantling and clear-up on Tuesday, 2 June - Taking down the WEXFO Youth Voices festival on Tuesday evening.
